setting-cluster

Set the setting for a cluster.

Syntax

The basic syntax is:

couchbase-cli setting-cluster -c [host]:8091 -u [admin] -p [password] [options] 

Description

Use this command to set various options for a cluster.

Options

The following are the command options:

Option Description
--cluster-name=[CLUSTERNAME] Specify a cluster name.
--cluster-ramsize=[RAMSIZEMB] Specify the per-node data services RAM quota in MB.
--cluster-index-ramsize=[RAMSIZEMB] Specify the per-node index services RAM quota in MB.
--cluster-fts-ramsize=RAMSIZE Specify the per-node FTS service RAM quota in MB.

Examples

Set the cluster name and the RAM quota of 8510 MB (the current total buckets quota).

couchbase-cli setting-cluster -c 192.168.0.1:8091 -u Administrator -p password \ 
--cluster-name MyCluster --cluster-ramsize=8510
