Download and API Reference

Download and API Reference

The Java SDK is available on Maven Central or by downloading it as an archive. A Javadoc API reference is also available online.

Current Release (2.1.6)

To use the Java SDK, point your application project object model (POM) to the library, which is available on Maven Central. Here is a typical pom.xml that you can copy and paste into your Java project:

<dependencies>
    <dependency>
        <groupId>com.couchbase.client</groupId>
        <artifactId>java-client</artifactId>
        <version>2.1.6</version>
    </dependency>
</dependencies>

Previous Releases

Previous releases back through 1.2.0 are also available on Maven Central. Use this in your pom.xml , substituting the version with the one you want to install:

<dependencies>
    <dependency>
        <groupId>com.couchbase.client</groupId>
        <artifactId>couchbase-client</artifactId>
        <version>${VERSION}</version>
    </dependency>
</dependencies>

The current version in the 1.x release series is 1.4.10 . We strongly recommend running this version to benefit from all the latest bug fixes.
